Check in at Villas H2O

Check in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. If your arrival will be after 10:00 p.m. please let us know 24 hours in advance. A copy of your passport will be made at check in.

Check out at Villas H2O

Check out time is 12:00 p.m., however if you feel like staying a bit longer or would like to visit the ruins or the beach before your departure, you are welcome to leave your luggage at our storage room till 8 p.m. that same day.

Additional Person staying in our rooms

We offer double (for 2 people) and triple (for 3 people) rooms in Villas H2O. For each additional person staying in your room we charge an additional 20 USD (which includes breakfast buffet) plus 14% tax on top of our normal rate.

Breakfast Buffet

We offer a continental breakfast buffet between 7.45 a.m. and 12 p.m. (all you can eat) with toast, crossaint, fresh squeezed orange juice, strawberry jam, honey, coffee, tea and tropical fruits. Coffee, tea and juice are free for our guests and available all day long.

Room Cleaning Service

Rooms are cleaned every day between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. please make the room available for our maid during these hours for an approximate 45 minutes. Sheets are changed every day. For a different arrangement, please notify our maid before the usual cleaning hours.

Services and Activities

Please note that diving or snorkeling activities as well as massages are subject to individual charges and have to be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

Room reservation and payment policy in Villas H2O

We require a 50% deposit in high season and low season and a 100% deposit in peak season, prior to your reservation in Villas H2O. The deposit is non refundable. Please note that the deposit is made through Paypal. Once you check in at Villas H2o you can pay the balance in cash (Mexican Pesos, USD or Euros).

Unfortunatly we cannot accept credit cards. There are three ATM's in Tulum Pueblo where you can withdraw money 24 hours.

Our rates do not include the 14% local tax, please keep that in mind and add them to the displayed amount.
